Return & Refund Policy (addition/replacement)

To initiate a return, please contact us at rubyandlily05@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping instructions and the return address will be provided at that time, as the destination may vary depending on which item(s) you are returning.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Some items fulfilled by our supplier partners may have specific return requirements. We will communicate any exceptions when you contact us.
